Shopping (outlet-mall), outstanding restaurants, golf courses, fishing and many unique attractions such as the Ringling Art Museum and Mansion, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Opera & Theater, Jungle Gardens, the Antique Car Museum and the world-famous Bollettieri Tennis Academy are nearby.

Approximate distances: 15 minutes to Sarasota/Bradenton (SRQ) International Airport, 1 1/4 hours to Tampa (TPA) and Ft. Myers (RSW)   International Airports, 2 1/2 hours to Disney World, Sea World and Cape Canaveral Space Center. Also in close proximity to 2 area hospitals and excellent physician services.

Rental Rate

Available November through June
All seven (7) months at only $1,600 per month.

Pets may be considered.

The longer you rent the more favorable the rate. For example, for the full 7-month period December through June the rate is $1,600 per month. Come and go as you please, perhaps alternating with family or friends. For a four month-period the rate is $2,100 per month.

(Rental periods of 6 months or less are subject to a Florida sales tax of 6.5% and a Manatee County tourist tax of 4%. These taxes are in addition to the rental amount. A rental period longer than 6 months is free of these taxes.)
